TOP SECRET
CONDIFENTIAL INFORMATION
Welcome to the Secret
Agent Society (SAS)!
What is the Secret Agent Society?
The
Secret Agent Society Program creates a fun, non-threatening environment in
which children can learn the skills they need to become happy, well-adjusted
and valued members of our society.
Intensive support and
training is provided via the 12-session Secret Agent Society social skills training program. This intervention includes:

·
Fun small group child therapy sessions to help children apply
social skills to everyday life.
·
Parent information sessions to provide guidance on supporting
children's social skill development.
·
Teacher tip sheets that describe strategies for supporting
children's social development at school and creating a friendly and caring
classroom environment.
How much does the SAS
program cost?
Each session lasts 2 hours and costs $110 per weekly
session. The Secret Agent Society Family
Kit costs $275 and contains everything a family needs to participate in the Secret Agent
Society group program.
Each Australian resident has access to Medicare
rebates for 10 group sessions/calendar year. If you would like to claim a
Medicare rebate you will need a referral from your GP for
social skills training at ASA under a mental health care treatment plan. You
may also inquire with your GP about getting on your own mental health plan, in
order to help you with your family.
Many private health funds cover psychological
services. Please ring your health fund
to inquire about rebates. However, you cannot utilize Medicare AND your private health fund at the
same time.

the player's awareness of the body clues and thoughts that signal the intensity
of their feelings.

missions that teach different ways of coping with unpleasant feelings and
dealing with social challenges such as being bullied, trying new things, working
as a team and making mistakes.

Interactive quizzes to test understanding.
